Acceptable Use Policy

Astr is an astrology and compatibility service for adults 18 and older. This policy applies to everyone who uses Astr and to all content you create, upload, or share through it, including profile information, names, photos, birth data, and any messages or reports. It is part of our Terms of Service.

We have zero tolerance for the following. Any of them will lead to immediate account termination and, where required or appropriate, a report to law enforcement:

1. Child sexual exploitation or abuse. Any content or conduct that sexualizes, exploits, or endangers minors, including child sexual abuse material (CSAM). We report apparent CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC).
2. Sexual violence. Content or conduct that depicts, threatens, promotes, or glorifies sexual violence or assault.
3. Non-consensual content. Sharing intimate images or personal information of anyone without their consent, including deepfakes and “revenge” content.
4. Human or sex trafficking. Recruiting, advertising, transporting, or exploiting any person for commercial sex or forced labor, or any activity that facilitates trafficking.
5. Sexually explicit profile content. Nudity, pornography, or sexually explicit text or images in profiles, names, photos, or any other content on Astr.
6. Fraud. Any activity intended to deceive or defraud users, including romance scams, impersonation, fake profiles, phishing, requests for money, and investment or crypto schemes.

Harassment, threats, hate speech, using Astr if you are under 18, creating accounts for someone else without their permission, and using Astr for any illegal purpose.

If you see anything that breaks this policy, email safety@astr.love or use the in-app Report button. We review reports and may remove content, restrict features, or close accounts.

We may remove content, suspend or permanently terminate accounts, and cooperate with law enforcement at our discretion. Violations of this policy are violations of our Terms of Service.
