Refund Policy

astr, operated by Astr LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, offers a free tier and paid subscriptions (Cosmic+ and Cosmic Pro), billed monthly or annually through our payment processor, Stripe. Current prices are shown on our Pricing page and again at checkout before you confirm.

• You can cancel at any time in Settings → Billing. Cancellation stops future renewals.
• When you cancel, you keep access to your paid features until the end of the billing period you already paid for. Access is not cut off mid-period.
• We do not automatically issue prorated refunds for the unused portion of a billing period.

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable, except:

• Billing errors. If you were charged incorrectly — for example, charged after cancelling, double-charged, or charged the wrong amount — we will refund the incorrect charge in full.
• Where required by law. If the law in your jurisdiction grants you a refund or cancellation right, we honor it.
• Discretionary. We may issue a refund at our discretion, for example if a technical fault on our side prevented you from using a paid feature.

Email support@astr.love from the email address on your account, within 30 daysof the charge, and include the date and amount of the charge and the reason for your request. We aim to respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through Stripe and typically appear within 5–10 business days.

If your subscription included a free trial or promotional credit, you will not be charged until the trial or credited period ends. Cancel before it ends to avoid being charged. Free trials and promotional credits themselves have no cash value and are not refundable.

If you believe a charge is wrong, please contact us first at support@astr.love — we can almost always resolve it faster than a bank dispute. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may result in suspension of your account pending resolution.
