Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) governs your use of astr (the “Service”), operated by Astr LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. It supplements our Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. By using the Service you agree to follow this AUP. Violations may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination without refund, removal of content, and referral to law enforcement.

The following are strictly prohibited, will be removed on discovery, and will be reported to the appropriate authorities:

• Human trafficking of any kind, including sex trafficking and labor trafficking.
• Sexual exploitation of any person, including commercial sexual services, escorting, or solicitation.
• Any content or conduct that sexualizes, endangers, or exploits a minor. We report all such material to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and cooperate fully with law enforcement.
• Aiding, abetting, facilitating, encouraging, or promoting abuse, exploitation, or trafficking of any person.
• Coercion, blackmail, sextortion, or non-consensual sharing of intimate images.

There are no warnings for violations of this section. Accounts are terminated immediately and reported.

• Nudity, sexually explicit material, or graphic violence.
• Content that harasses, threatens, defames, or intimidates any person.
• Hate speech or content that attacks or demeans people based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, disability, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, or age.
• Content that infringes any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual-property or privacy right.
• Personal or financial information of another person shared without their consent.
• Spam, scams, fraud, phishing, pyramid schemes, or unsolicited commercial solicitation.

• Impersonating any person or misrepresenting your identity, age, or affiliation. You must be 18 or older to use the Service.
• Creating multiple accounts, or using another person's account.
• Soliciting money, gifts, or financial support from other users.
• Scraping, crawling, or using bots or automated means to access or collect data from the Service.
• Circumventing security controls, rate limits, paywalls, or access restrictions.
• Introducing malware, or interfering with or disrupting the Service or its infrastructure.
• Using the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.

If you encounter content or conduct that violates this AUP, report it in-app using the report tools, or email abuse@astr.love. We review reports promptly and take action up to and including account termination and law-enforcement referral. We may investigate suspected violations, remove or restrict content, and suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion. We cooperate with law enforcement where required or appropriate. Nothing in this AUP limits any other right or remedy available to us under the Terms of Service or applicable law.
